FRIED SHRIMP TOSSED IN SAVORY SAUCE

Recipes
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Blackened Redfish Magic Seasoning
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Add all dry ingredients and blend. Mix eggs with milk and whisk together. Fry shrimp in vegetable oil. Once golden brown remove from pan and transfer shrimp into a bowl. Add Savory sauce and toss.

 

 

GRILLED CHICKEN WINGS WITH SAVORY SAUCE

  • 1 bag/5lbs chicken wings
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Blackened Redfish Magic Seasoning

Season the wings with the seasonings to your liking. You can cook them on a grill or bake them in an oven at 350 degrees. After 20 minutes turn the wings over or until they are golden brown to your liking. Remove from the oven or the grill and toss in the savory sauce. Return the wings to the grill or oven. If you cook them in the oven put the oven on broil and watch carefully until they have a glaze on them. Remove from oven and enjoy.

 

 

 

GRILLED SALMON IN SAVORY SAUCE

  • Olive Oil

Season salmon to your liking and rub with olive oil. Place salmon in pan and you can have the oven on bake or broil. Just before the fish is done brush the fish with the Savory sauce serve and enjoy.
